To graduate our training programs, all payments must be paid in full before graduation in order to receive certification. MelMarie LLC is not accountable or required to ensure the completion of training after 12 months to the date of your enrollment, unless otherwise agreed and discussed case by case scenario.

Should there be an emergency that permits my ability to complete the program, I will communicate with Melissa Aguirre and she will give support and guidance for the next steps to help me complete my training program.

Vedic Counseling Monthly

Vedic Counseling Monthly: Please input your exact birth date, time and location into the form and complete the form sent via email after purchase. Your first session is scheduled directly with Mel through the purchase email. Generally, sessions are scheduled within the following four weeks or more but Voxer coaching will begin within 48 hours at the latest from purchase. For urgent sessions, return to services to select urgent for sessions within 7 Days.

By booking, you understand that we do not allow refunds. We can stop or pause your subscription at your request. Furthermore, we uphold a 24 hour cancellation policy for monthly sessions. If you need to cancel, reschedule or end up missing a monthly session, we do not allow that credit to be transferred for the future. Please honor the 24 hour cancellation policy and if you need to reschedule please let Mel know as soon as possible.
